Because Medword pays for all its own web activities, we cannot fund, at this time, a department solely devoted to people answering questions by telephone. However, we are very efficient at answering specific questions by way of our online forms. These questions are usually answered within 24-48 hours and allow for a much better, more specific, and more helpful reply than you would receive if Medword used a third-party answering service, as many small companies do. Using a form in this customer care section of our site, you can send a message directly to the supplier and/or manufacturer of the product you purchased. They receive and will act upon your concern directly and Medword gets a copy of the message you sent. This gives you the advantage of being able to communicate directly with the company that supplied and shipped your purchase, and ties you into their customer service departments. Medword will still be here for you though and in the very unlikely event that your situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can then advise us directly and we will get things straightened out with our supplier so that you are satisfied.

Medword is a privately-owned, small, medical transcription company. Medword sells less than 150 products in our online store. The sale of these products helps finance our web activities. While Medword does not have the resources of a multi-billion or even multi-million dollar companies like Google, Yahoo!, or Amazon Books, we do have a very effective system for helping you with any problem or concern you may have after purchasing a product through Medword.
