Please choose a link below to contact the supplier of your product directly. This will allow you to check on the status of an order you submitted through The Medword Online Store, or some other customer service related inquiry regarding your product. If the product manufacturer has not responded to an e-mail or other type of inquiry you have made to them, please let us know here. You will be sent an e-mail response as soon as possible.

Before sending an inquiry, please note:

Any order paid by personal or business check will take longer, as the order is not filled until the check has cleared your bank. This process is highly variable and generally speaking may add an extra 10-14 days to your order time. This extra time should be added to any of the fulfillment times mentioned at the time of the sale. Money order payments are faster than a check, but still have to reach the company before your order will be processed.

Delivery times are not exact. There are many variables that exist in filling and shipping orders, but it is sufficient to say that all the companies Medword deals with are working hard to get orders out as fast as possible. Upon completion of any purchase you will be sent a confirmation e-mail receipt that also states the telephone numbers, and/or street addresses, and/or e-mail addresses that you may use if you have specific questions about shipping or fulfillment.

If there is an option for UPS, FedEx, or other such method of delivery please remember that the delivery time is the time it will take to get an order to you once it is filled. For example, an order may take four days to fill, but then be shipped overnight by UPS if that was the customer's request. Some customers mistakenly think that ordering "next day" or "2-day" delivery means that is how long it will be from the time they submit their order. Please note that only some of the companies we deal with offer the choice to upgrade your delivery method.

The companies with whom Medword deals fill and ship the orders we produce.This means that each company is best suited to answer questions about the general status of your order through the links in the above table. While we are more than happy to contact a company on your behalf, it is much more expedient for you to contact them directly once your order has been placed. (Contact numbers are on every screen invoice and confirmatory e-mail.) This allows for better communication between yourself and the product provider. All the companies with whom Medword is associated are committed to filling and shipping orders as quickly as humanly possible, as well as providing excellent customer support. Always include your Medword Invoice Number in any e-Mail correspondence please.
