During a gastroscopy, we found spaghetti stuck in the esophagus.
	After removing the spaghetti, a meatball was found stuck below.
	After we removed the meatball, we found this narrowed stricture.
	Balloon Dilator is inflated which stretches the narrow spot
	Balloon Dilator deflated and being withdrawn after dilating stricture
