Refund Policy on Dictation Tapes Full refunds are granted up to thirty (30) days from the date you receive your shipment if the
cassette album is sealed, shows no evidence of tampering, and upon HomEx Medical's inspection of the product. Refunds are
mailed/credited less a $10 restocking fee.
Within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the product HomEx Medical will replace any defective tape at no
cost to you based upon their inspection of the defect. Any defective portion should be returned via standard U.S. mail. Replacements will be shipped immediately with your refund
for the cost of mailing the defective portion to HomEx Medical. Of course, due
to the ease with which tapes & CD-ROMs can be duplicated, HomEx Medical does not
grant refunds once the cassette album seal or CD-ROM seal has been removed or shows
evidence of tampering.
