You will have the option to receive a special web address by e-mail that will allow you to download the program within 24 hours, or to have the software shipped to you. Your information will be processed through a secure site.

Fax / Mail Order Form
Please follow these steps to print a form that will allow you to order your MediSpell spell checker by regular mail or fax:

1. Choose the license(s) required from the list above by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button.
2. On the first order page, if you are a resident of the State of Florida, U.S.A., click in the checkbox to calculate your State Tax payable. If you are not a resident of Florida, ignore this.
3. Looking at “Choose Shipping Method,” select your preferred type of shipping.
4. Looking at “Choose Payment Option,” select "Print a Form For Ordering and Paying By Mail."
5. Click on the “Continue” button if you want to go back to the MediSpell pages, or click on the "Checkout" button to go to the next page.
6. Once on the next page, follow the remaining instructions to print the form and submit payment.
