*NOTE: For PC-based transcription that uses the 15-pin Joystick (Game Port) connector. This foot pedal is custom configured for each application. As no two applications that use the Game Port connector are wired the same, you must specify the Pinout information that you require.

Each IN-DB15 is custom built to your configuration and can only be returned if defective. The correct wiring layout is the responsibility of the purchaser.

To ensure that the pinout wiring information is correct, we request that you fax a diagram showing the way you want the pedal configured. Please type "Will fax diagram" in the "comments" box at time of purchase. We will contact you for the diagram.
