Known Problems...
If it seems you're having to wait an inordinately long period of time after submitting your work, that could be due to 'Net congestion and/or server load. Please be patient or, if you prefer, you can open a new browser window to continue with the tests. Simply stop the submission transmission click here, or go to File on your browser and select New Browser (worded in various ways). After opening a new browser window, go to your other browser and press "Check Your Work" or "Get the Key" again.AOL users often cannot recover a cursor after playing a sound file (the cursor won't appear in the input window). We've also heard many horror stories about AOL's browser's incompatibility with RealAudio. On the other hand, we've heard that it has worked from time to time.If RealAudio doesn't play for you, it may be that you need to upgrade to Real Network's Real Media player.If you don't have RealAudio and are trying to play the AU sound files in Levels 1 through 3:
A "no device available" error means your audio/media player is installed incorrectly or not at all. Please refer to your browser's help for that.
If nothing happens, your sound is turned down or your browser is safely ignoring the tag used to play the sound file, which might indicate the need to reinstall your browser.
If you don't have Java enabled on your browser, in rare cases it could cause a conflict which might crash your browser and lock it - or your system - up. Obviously, you wouldn't be seeing this help screen without JavaScript being enabled. Please report any other problems to
